How Did Nintendo Decide On the Timelines for ‘Zelda’ Games?
The Hyrule Historia has the entire canonical timeline of the franchise and shows where each game fits in with different timelines. Now, the timelines each make sense once the games are put into place and explained by the developers. Remember, some of these games dropped when the technology wasn’t as flexible as it would become for storytelling.

I’d say that Freedom Force is worth a reset. Studios such as Interplay, Black Isle Studios, or Harebrained Schemes could really revive this franchise after 18 years of being in the grave. While the world of FF won’t immerse you, it never really had the chance to flesh out characters and bring the characters into modern times.

In JRPG Quests You Just Can’t Avoid the Boonies.
Of course, the nature of those classic RPGs is that you rarely get a direct sequel. It’s usually a franchise sequel with a different story so we don’t know the fate of that land in the last game.

This is my favorite faction to join in any Elder Scrolls game. I’m primarily a stealth/melee build player and the Thieves Guild and the Dark Brotherhood are usually the first two guilds I get involved with.

There are AT LEAST five Final Fantasy games that are better than VII, and that is being nice and not counting a few that wouldn’t be fair to add in to the mix.

The comparisons came from the design of the mutants/monster gods in both games. So, if you were a youngster in the 90s, didn’t get Game Fan regularly, and saw ads for Primal Rage, you wouldn’t be blamed for thinking it’s the same franchise at all.
