Remembering Legend of the River King on Game Boy Color.

The PlayStation 2 entry was fine but I maintain that LRK2 on the Game Boy Color was the best in the franchise. If anything, I think a reboot going back to the GBC games would be great otherwise let it remain dormant. It’s just not worth it for a light fishing game with no conflict or leveling elements to me. If the combat is gone, perhaps it should be more of a fishing sim.

Honestly, Marvel’s Midnight Suns is a Blueprint for Future Titles.

It’s for good reason because it’s a formula that sells. Unfortunately, Firaxis’ formula didn’t so it but I believe it would be great for a larger group like The Avengers or the X-Men. As a matter of fact, it wouldn’t be that much different from Marvel’s Midnight Suns: just larger names and more heroes to play with.

A Week After Diablo IV Season 4: Loot Reborn – How is It?

If you’re a Diablo IV player, share your impressions on “Loot Reborn”! Is it too easy? Did Blizzard give us too much grease? Or are you enjoying the game more than you did before? Let us know in the comments!

Looking Back at 2017’s Absolver.

With those two points, I’d say that Absolver is the start to what could be a good series. It’s far from bad but it’s not exactly a great game. It doesn’t seem barebones but it’s a pretty sparse world you’re diving into. In a potential sequel, I would like to see…civilization in the world of Adal. Also, being able to name skill combos and establish martial arts technique manuals and formal schools would be great.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Its Skill Tree Are Worth Revisiting.

Of course, I still have to check out AC Mirage which I’ve heard is a return to core AC but as it stands with Valhalla—on just the skill tree alone and what can be done with it—I’d say check it out if you haven’t yet or give it a revisit when you’re browsing your backlog.

What Are Builds in Diablo IV.

That’s the build I have fun with and build my gear and aspect around that—and that’s without getting all into what does what and why it’s there. Then again, when I play with my brother we’re usually leisurely doing nightmare vaults and dungeons and the Helltide. We might start off with a lair or two.

Diablo IV: How is Seasons 3 Holding Up?

If anything, they were vehicles to explain how you got this season’s mechanic and why you have it—and that’s fine. I really prefer the enemy density and aggression in season three although they can be a bit daunting in vaults along with the traps. If I could have season three enemy density with season two enemies, that would be great. I loved fighting the Blood Seekers and the Ancients at altars.

Three Major Pros That Make Outriders Worth Playing in 2023.

So, heading to the market to get better hear, finding loot in sh** boxes or as drops from enemies is always a joy—until you actually get to look at it and it has a stat combination and figure “Ehh, I can scrap this.” Scrapping gear not only gives you mods but also resources for crafting. So, it’s a good idea to scrap purple- tier and above gear you don’t need and sell off everything blue tier and below.

Three Glaring Cons in Outriders That Probably Shouldn’t Be Problems in 2023.

Many have an area of effect stomp or something to clear out players who are really going to town on them. The remedy is always to run or roll out of the red attack circle around or in front of them. It becomes a problem when fighting the monster elites who can have a far-reaching attack in addition to calling in more and more grunts or adds.

The Nemesis System Should be in Every Open-World Game.

I’m sure there’s a reason the Nemesis system just wouldn’t work. There would need to be a setting for either killable or hard-to-kill rivals. Every character is fairly easy to kill with the right gear and strategy. This is the case with Fallout as well. NPCs prove to be particularly easy to kill and that would kill the need of having the feature in the franchise.
