Dragon Ball’s Lore Holds the Keys to Many Potential Prequels.
One part of the Dragon Ball lore that I’d love to see explored is the classic era of martial arts. I’d love to see Kami’s origins on Earth revisited as well but seeing the early days of Master Roshi and Master Shen. Those two must have had adventures before and during their training under Master Mutaito.

Today, there’s no actual excuse for not finishing Dragon Ball or any anime thanks to a service like Crunchy Roll. I can understand not finishing One Piece as it’s a ton of episodes and people have lives and other interests. However, for most anime series stuff like Netflix and Hulu also come in clutch.
You Talk Too Much: Exposition in Anime and Manga.
Overall, exposition in its many forms has a place in anime, manga, manwha, and manhua. However, maybe we can dial it back a bit when fights and battles reach their peak?

Written by Barnacle, The Great Mage Returns After 4000 Years is one of those isekai where there’s no grind for the main character, really. Lucas Traumen is a great mage who becomes so powerful that the main Demigod—under gods who are immortal with a weakness and were created from the universe for an unknown reason—decides to kill him and trap his soul in oblivion for 4000 years.
Manhua Mash-Up: Global Martial Arts.
Action drives the series but it isn’t the series. Also, the world-building in this series is some of the best of I’ve seen in a manhua series and an isekai series at that. Usually, isekai takes an ancient or medieval fantasy approach which is easy enough.

A while back, I discussed why I enjoyed the original “Civil War” story arc from 2006 and 2007. Two groups of heroes duked it out in a series of battles over the “Superhero Registration Act”.
Manhwa-Manhua Mash-Up: Rooftop Sword Master.
